1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the 8899tt website accessible at https://8899tt.pro and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account features operated thereunder. "Account" means the registered player account held by you with 8899tt. "Balance" means any real-money funds held in your Account. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits subject to wagering requirements. "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an 8899tt account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode with any third party. 8899tt will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 8899tt support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 8899tt is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must ensure that no person under the age of 21 has access to your Account or to the device on which the Platform is accessed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

8899tt processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your account wallet settings.
• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• 8899tt does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 8899tt accepts no liability.
• 8899tt reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.
• Funds deposited into your 8899tt Account may only be used for the purpose of placing bets and playing games on the Platform. 8899tt is not a bank or financial institution and your Account balance does not accrue interest.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 8899tt offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. These terms form part of these overall Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• 8899tt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other behaviour deemed by 8899tt to constitute bonus abuse — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account closure.
• 8899tt reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from bonus funds. Any applicable cap will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 8899tt are final once confirmed. The Platform does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly provided for in the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market.

• Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, and kabaddi — are governed by the specific rules of each market as displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest pricing error, 8899tt reserves the right to void affected bets. In such circumstances, stake amounts will be returned to the Player's Account.
• 8899tt uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all casino games. These are independently verified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8899tt Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Using offensive, abusive, or harassing language in any communication with 8899tt staff or other players via any Platform channel.

8 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

In all cases, 8899tt's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 8899tt Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of pending bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

8899tt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Account holder has breached these Terms in any material respect.
• 8899tt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Account holder cannot be verified to the required standard under 8899tt's KYC obligations.
• Continuation of the Account poses a risk to the safety or integrity of the Platform.

Where an Account is closed by 8899tt for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms or suspected fraud), 8899tt reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited in all cases of Account closure for cause.

13 Amendments to These Terms
